Chiyo finds a lot of joy in the world of makeup, a passion she wholeheartedly shares through cosplay and hairstyling videos within the fanclub. While her affection for Coco runs deep, she enjoys various other idols too.

Currently still studying in college, Chiyo tries to be a hardworking student of fashion. Chiyo always felt like she belonged nowhere, and was extremely suprised upon joining the fanclub. Here, she discovered the attention she had craved for and finally found her place.
