Allowed:

• Creative Freedom: Feel free to explore different styles and interpretations of our characters. 
• Sharing: Share your fanart on social media platforms, art communities, or any public space with proper credit to NET☆DREAM.
• Positive Content: Create fanart that maintains a positive and friendly atmosphere. We appreciate artwork that contributes to the overall enjoyment of the community.
• Collaboration: Collaboration fanart featuring our characters alongside other creators’ original characters is welcomed and encouraged. Be sure to credit all involved creators appropriately.
• NSFW Work: Sexual content/fanart of our characters is allowed as long as it is shared in designated 18+ spaces. Please use appropriate tags and content warnings when necessary.

Not allowed:

• Inappropriate Content: Do not create fanart that includes explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content. This includes but is not limited to explicit content, excessive violence, or hate speech.
• Misrepresentation: Avoid creating fanart that misrepresents the values and characteristics of our original characters. Please respect the lore and personalities established for each character. NET☆DREAM.
• Impersonation: Do not create fanart that may mislead others into thinking it is an official endorsement or collaboration with NET☆DREAM.
• Tagging Guidelines: When sharing on social media, use appropriate tags and refrain from spamming or using misleading tags to gain visibility.
  We will respost any fanart / fanwork using the tag: #netdreamart

Merchandise:

• Conditions: Work used for merchandise cannot include official NET☆DREAM work. You may not register the fan-merchandise as a trademark, copyrights, patents, etc. for fan-made merchandise in any country.
• Production: Online sale or sale at convention cannot exceed quantities higher than 500 units for each item. Exceeding 500 requires proper authorization: netdream.idol@gmail.com
• Official material: Direct use, retouching, or partial modifications of official material is not allowed. This includes our official magazines, movies, story, sprites etc. You cannot sell products under the official NET☆DREAM name. 

Music usage:

• Distribution: You can share the music freely, and play it in public and private spaces. 
• Commercial usage & Licensing: If you intend to use our music commercially (movies, advertisement or other commercial projects), please send us an email for permission. We can discuss potential licensing through your email. 
• Covers: We absolutely encourage covering our various songs. Be aware though to properly credit our team and creatives when posting or releasing your cover. 
• Remember, these guidelines are designed to support responsible and ethical use of our music. 

While we encourage fanart, it’s crucial to remember that all original characters and associated intellectual property belong to NET☆DREAM. Fanart is an expression of love and creativity, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive community.
By creating fanart, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the content and, in extreme cases, may lead to additional actions.
